Squinal Skills offers digital services and online educational programs only.
No physical goods are shipped.

Access to courses, learning materials, or services is provided electronically through our website or application after successful payment.

In most cases, access is granted immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Squinal Skills

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Squinal Skills, operated by SQUINAL PRIVATE LIMITED, through our website, mobile application, or any authorized payment platform.

By enrolling in any course or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

Squinal Skills provides digital educational content, including online courses, videos, and learning materials.
Access to course content is typically granted immediately after successful payment.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the user

  • Payment successfully debited but course access not provided

  • Proven technical error from our side that prevents access to the purchased content

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Course content has been accessed, started, or consumed

  • Refund request is based on personal expectations or change of mind

  • Request made after the refund eligibility period

  • Incomplete usage or non-participation by the user

Due to the digital nature of educational services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation by contacting support within the eligible refund period.

  • Cancellation approval is subject to refund eligibility conditions mentioned above.

  • No cancellation or refund will be applicable once course access has been substantially used.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

  • Squinal Skills does not control delays caused by banks or payment service providers.


6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Refunds, when applicable, are subject to the terms, conditions, and processing timelines of such gateways.


EMI Transactions:

In case of payments made through EMI options, refunds (if applicable as per this policy) will be initiated to the original payment method. The reversal or cancellation of EMI installments is subject to the terms and timelines of the respective issuing bank or financial institution. Squinal Skills does not have control over bank-side EMI processing or schedules.
